Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.
That being said, Salon B has a 30% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than a 12 hour notice.
Cancelling outside of a 12 hour window makes it less likely I can fill that spot.
I require this fee out of respect for my time and my business.
If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Brooke at (219)713-2469 as soon as possible to reschedule.
